Where is the coffee roasted?
All of our coffee is roasted in small batches in Temecula, CA through the Temecula Coffee Roasters. Temecula Coffee Roasters is a small, family owned business with a love for great coffee! Everything is roasted to order, so your coffee is always fresh, guaranteed. When you place an order, it is roasted within 3-5 days and then shipped on the same day it was roasted!
Where is the coffee sourced?
All our coffee is ethically sourced from a variety of regions to bring you premium coffees and support the farmers that grow them. Rest assured, you can be confident that you are filling your cup with coffee that has a purpose! Whether it's single origin or a blend, we want to give every momma a chance to sip on great coffee and to connect with a community that gets it! No judgement here, just great connection and great coffee.
How soon will my coffee arrive?
Once your order is received, your coffee is roasted within 3-5 days of placing your order. Once roasted, your coffee ships the same day through USPS and generally arrives within 4-5 days of shipping, putting it in your hands at its peak freshness! It doesn’t get much fresher than this! P.s. You can join our Fancy's Coffee Club and get coffee delivered to your door like clockwork!
Are your coffees organic?
We do have some offerings that are organic and some that are all natural. Each coffee is labeled accordingly. Is organic a non-negotiable in your book? Check out our Balanced Bean Blend and Ice Queen coffees!
Are there any added sweeteners or calories to your coffees?
Nope! All of our natural flavors are hand applied to each bag while the coffee is still warm after roasting. It’s all natural, gluten free, and vegan... so rest assured this is the good stuff. There are no added calories or sweeteners, so go ahead and enjoy this not-so-guilty pleasure. You deserve it!

How do I manage my subscription?
Simply login here to your account and make any changes you need! Need to change your order, take a break, or find yourself burning through more coffee than you thought and need to move your order up? No problem. We make it simple to manage and change your orders, because we know mom life runs full speed around the clock, and you don’t have time for added difficulties!
What is your refund policy?
If your coffee ever arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, then we are happy to refund your purchase. Please make sure to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can make sure you get taken care of and make it right with you!
All of our coffee is roasted to order, specifically for you. Just like parenting, all flavoring is subjective. Due to the custom nature of each order, we do not offer refunds outside of damaged packaging or order mistakes.
